So the last time I attempted to make sourdough starter, I failed miserably. "How is that even possible?" you might be asking yourself. Well...I can only guess that it had something to do with living in an igloo. No- an igloo probably wouldn't have had as many demon drafts! Let's just say it was somewhere where "set starter in a warm place for 4 to 7 days" would only have been possible if I had kept the oven on for 4 to 7 days.
So! Summer attempt. New house. Let's see what happens!
